Before you start

Make sure you have the following before trying to sign in:

• An Android device
• The latest version of the Earnwise app
• Access to the Google account tied to your rewards profile
• Working Google Play Services on your device

How to sign in with Google

1. Open the Earnwise app on your Android device.
2. Tap Sign in with Google.
3. Choose the same Google account you used when you first joined Earnwise.
4. Complete any Google sign-in prompts.
5. If sign-in is successful, you will return to your Earnwise account.

If your Google account will not connect

If sign-in fails, try these checks in order:

1. Confirm you are using an Android device. Earnwise is Android-only.
2. Update the Earnwise app to the latest version.
3. Check that Google Play Services are working normally on your device.
4. Make sure you are signing in with the same Google account tied to your rewards profile.
5. Sign out of other Google accounts on the device, then reopen Earnwise and try again.
