Introduction
Referral points usually post only after the invited person signs up through your shared link, meets the app’s eligibility rules, and completes any required first activity. If a referral does not track correctly, it is usually because one of those steps was missed or the invite was opened in a way that blocked tracking.
Why referral points may not post
A referral may not credit if the invited person did not join from your link, used the wrong account, or did not finish the required steps in the app. Tracking can also fail if the invite was opened on a different device or if something blocked the referral from being recorded.
- The invite was not opened from your shared referral link.
- The invited person used a different account than the one intended.
- The invite was opened on a different device or outside the normal referral flow.
- Tracking was blocked, so the referral could not be matched to your account.
- The invited person has not completed the required first activity or eligibility step.
What to check
- Confirm your friend joined from the exact referral link you shared.
- Make sure they used a U.S. Android device.
- Check that they signed up with the correct account.
- Confirm they completed the required first activity in the app.
- Wait through the normal review period before expecting the points to post.
